Beste Bank Work Sale and Payment Process

Beste Bankası is a platform that brings together the works of composers and songwriters with buyers. When a work is sold, 15% of the determined fee is deducted as a service fee. Here is the work sale and payment process:

#### Sales Process

1. **Buyer's Purchase of the Work**:

- When the buyer purchases a composition or lyrics online, the fee is deposited into the Composition Bank.

2. **Information of the Seller**:

- Beste Bankası informs the composer or lyricist that the sale has been made via e-mail or WhatsApp.

3. **Seller's Approval**:

- When the owner of the work approves the sale, the process begins.

4. **Preparation of Consent**:

- Information such as name, surname, artist nickname and postal address are requested from the recipient.

- With this information, a consent letter is prepared on behalf of the buyer and sent to the owner of the work.

5. **Signing of Consent**:

- The author downloads the consent form, fills in the necessary fields and signs it.

- Takes a photo of the signed document and sends it to Beste Bank.

6. **Transmission of Consent to the Recipient**:

- Beste Bank sends this photo to the recipient via WhatsApp and notifies them that the transaction has started.

7. **Sending the Document**:

- The author sends the original copy of the document to the recipient's address by mail or cargo and forwards the shipping document to Beste Bankası.

- 3 business days are allowed for this process to be completed.

8. **Payment Realization**:

- When the process is completed without any problems, the IBAN number is requested from the owner of the work.

- Payment is made by deducting a 15% service fee from the price of the work.

#### Important Notes

- **Waiting Period**: Since the fee paid by the recipient is deposited to the intermediary company that makes the money transfer, there may be a maximum waiting period of one week determined by the intermediary company. Waiting for this period is mandatory.

- **Violation of Rules**: Sellers who do not accept the waiting period or request payment immediately will have their transactions canceled and their fees refunded to the buyer. In addition, this behavior is considered as insecurity and all of the seller's works will be removed from the system and their membership will be terminated.

Beste Bank protects the rights of both parties by providing a secure and transparent process between buyer and seller. Thanks to this process, the owners of the works can safely receive the rewards of their labor.
