When you fill out the Lyric Pool form and send lyrics to the Lyric Pool, you declare that you accept the Lyric Pool Terms and Conditions of Use in advance.

1. Participation in this area is paid.

2.  It is a type of competition in which you have at least a 1/10 (one in 10) chance of winning with the fee paid for participation.

3. Participation (number of lyrics) is unlimited.

4. Each songwriter can join the pool of composer(s) of his/her choice with as many lyrics as he/she wishes and increase his/her chances accordingly.

5. The lyrics you send to the pool to be composed must be in quatrains and contain the same number of syllables.

6. Prose and words longer than three stanzas cannot be added to the pool.

7. Lyrics that do not meet these features will be removed from the pool and you will be informed to add another song that meets these features. 

8. Even though you are given the right to correct or change, if your work does not meet these specifications and you do not have the opportunity to write it, your work will not be added to the pool and the payment you made for the work you sent will not be refunded. 

9. Even if your uncomposable works, which are inconsistent in meaning, empty in content, and do not comply with syllabic measures, are added to the pool, they will be removed from the pool by the composer's decision and the fee you paid will not be refunded.

10. The pool is inactive until the number of works in composers' pools reaches ten.

11. The pools with lyrics below that will continue to be displayed as open for lyric purchase. (No time limit)

12. The pool becomes active when the number of lyrics added to the pools in different categories opened by each composer reaches 10 (ten).

13. If a songwriter joins the pool with 10 works, the pool becomes active and a 7-day additional period begins.

14. For each pool that starts the 7-day grace period, the names of the active pools are sent to all songwriters by e-mail.

15. During this period, songwriters who wish have the opportunity to try their luck by adding works to active pools.

16. On the 8th day, the owner of the pool notifies the Composition Bank of the work he wants to compose among all the works in the composer pool, and that pool is closed.

17. Songwriters who are in the closed pool and whose work(es) have not been selected lose their rights.

18. Fees paid for pool participation are non-refundable and cannot be requested.

19. Contacting the composers via Beste Bank, Instagram, Facebook, phone or e-mail, putting the composer under pressure, or any unthinkable communication with the composer will result in disqualification and loss of rights in the pool, and no refund will be made.

20. Words containing profanity, religious or separatist discourses, political content, insults or racism cannot be added to the pool. 

21.  In accordance with this contract, which you have read and accepted, when words containing swearing, religious, separatist discourses, political content, insults, racism are detected by the composer and Beste Bank, they will be deleted from the system and no refund will be made.

22. The composer whose work is selected by the composer is informed that he has won, and the composer's composing process begins.

23. The composer must deliver the lyrics he has chosen to compose within 15 days.

24. At the end of 15 days, the composer delivers the lyrics he composed to the winning songwriter through Beste Bank. 

25. The songwriter must accept the submitted composition, except for the conditions we will specify below.

26. Falsification of the composed lyrics, the musical inadequacy of the melody of the composition, the fact that the composition claimed to have been composed belongs to another known composition, and the performance of the composition so poorly that it cannot be understood are justified reasons for the composition not being acceptable. 

27. Compositions that have musical integrity, have no changes or distortions in their lyrics, do not belong to another composition, contain original melodies, and whose performance is understandable and smooth cannot be rejected for arbitrary reasons (I don't like it, etc.) and are accepted.

28. For accepted compositions, the composer fills out the consent form, which will be issued by us, stating that you can use this composition as you wish, and sends it to your address.

29. These compositions become your joint property with the composer and do not belong entirely to you.

30. 75% of the digital platform revenues resulting from the free publication of these joint compositions on digital platforms within the scope of your free Pro Area Membership with Beste Bank belongs only to the songwriter. 

31. As a result of this agreement, the composer cannot receive a share from the digital income of Beste Bank, but his name being mentioned on all platforms as the musical owner of the composition and his rights arising from professional associations such as Mesam MSG are reserved.

32. The songwriter is the owner of only the composed lyrics.

33. The composer is obliged to be notified by the songwriter in this joint work in every published medium.

34. The composed work is delivered to you with a bare voice or accompanied by an instrument, if available. 

35. As a reward, Beste Bankası arranges the selected work with its arranger staff, has you play live instruments, has the soloist read it, does the studio, mixing and mastering processes free of charge, and also designs the album cover of your work and publishes it on digital platforms.

36. Since the album stage of the selected and composed work is the "award" of Beste Bank, the single can only be published on digital platforms by Beste Bank.

37. The opposite is not possible and cannot be offered.

38. The selected and composed work is sold through Beste Bankası and in case of sale, a standard service fee of 15% is charged. 

39. If this composition is sold outside of Beste Bank, Beste Bank takes 15% commission from the sales fee.

40. There is no harm in selling this composition, which was made through Beste Bank, to other artists when it is re-arranged and played. 

41. If the composition is sold to be performed by another artist, the Composition Bank's arrangements (arrangements and infrastructures) cannot be used and cannot be requested from the Composition Bank for use. 

42. Within the scope of this agreement, you declare that you accept all the above-mentioned rules and conditions in advance.
